976 East 14th, 177 East Hastings and 1929 Napier still have their buildings from before 1946, 1929 Napier on the Vancouver Heritage Register; 3828 West 11th (2018) and 4088 West 14th (1991) have newer buildings, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 467 East Georgia, 1528 East Georgia, 407 Smithe, 2228 Vine, 3124 West 2nd and 2060 West 41st, so those buildings are probably gone (inferred).

Henderson's and successor city directories for Vancouver, read by us line by line: the street sections for 1905, 1915, 1925, 1935, 1940 and 1945, and the name section for 1930 and 1940 where we've read it (Vancouver Public Library, BC City Directories).
