In 1940 the directory lists F A Galbraith at 6376 Angus Drive; the 1940 line is marked * too. The 1940 name section lists Frederick A Galbraith there as the householder, retired. The 1940 name section lists H Beecher Galbraith at 5312 Balsam Street, a physician.

6376 Angus Drive, 905 Chilco, 5261 Dunbar, 779 East 12th, 1965 East 36th, 2037 Macdonald, 4072 Ontario, 501 Salsbury Drive, 3691 West 19th and 3537 West 34th still have their buildings from before 1946, 905 Chilco on the Vancouver Heritage Register; 3244 Adanac (1962), 5312 Balsam (1978), 1116 Bute (2004), 849 East 16th (1981), 472 East 46th (1993), 3020 Manitoba (2002) and 1116 Pendrell (1976) have newer buildings, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 746 Burrard, 1403 East 13th, 2066 East 46th, 4494 Gladstone, 718 Granville, 986 Howe, 1165 Maple, 1127 Robson, 1729 Robson and 2227 Triumph, so those buildings are probably gone (inferred).
