The house
A permit to build a frame house at 2407–2415 Yew was taken out in August 1909 by J E Braithwaite, owner and builder: $3,000. The address first appears in 1915, and the name changes with every directory: William J Craig in 1915, V Gwyther in 1925, H A Woodford in 1935 and J A Rawkins in 1940. By 1945 the Rawkins name has gone and Mrs M E Massey is listed, the name marked *.

Today
2415 Yew Street still has a building from before 1946, as does 2421 next door; its permit dates from 1909 and the City's record from 1912, so it is very likely B, one of the three small wood-frame houses Goad's 1912 map draws on one lot (inferred).
