Five households in five directories, 1915 to 1945, none of them listed twice, the first Robert H Bourne and the last E C Harbour. In 1940 the name section gives this address for Math Mills, a welder at the Burrard Dry Dock (page 431; joined to the 1940 listing, where the first name or initials agree, inferred).

The address
A permit to build six frame houses (the register's number: “2305-2311-2321-2327-2335 or 2339-2343”), this one among them, was taken out in June 1909 by J E Braithwaite, owner and builder: $7,800 for the six. The address first appears in 1915, and the name changes with every directory: Robert H Bourne in 1915, N K Wright in 1925 and J Smedley in 1935. By 1940 the Smedley name has gone and M Mills is listed. By 1945 the Mills name has gone and E C Harbour is listed.
Also at this address in 1940, the name section lists Thomas Mills, a driver at Vancouver Furniture (page 431). The line shares the household's surname, but no first name or initial ties it to the listing here before or after: we can't tell if it is the same family, so we keep it apart.

Today
A newer building, dated 1965 by the City, has the address now: the wood-frame building Goad's 1912 map draws here is gone, replaced after the 1955 directory, the last we read. Next door, 2321 still has its building from before 1946, one of four on the block.
