The house today

1829 Creelman Avenue still has a building from before 1946, one of three on the block; Goad's 1912 map shows no building at the street end of the lot, so this one, which the City dates to 1922, went up after it. A permit to build a house was taken out in September 1923 by H Betait, owner and builder: $3,000.
