The 1940 name section lists George R Fleming there as the householder, a driver at the BC Electric Railway, with Kathleen M Fleming, a housekeeper for M Stephenson.
Today
922 East 11th still has its building from before 1946, dated 1913 by the City's record; the City no longer lists 1030 East 11th, so that building is probably gone (inferred).
