The 1940 name section lists Adam H Allan there as the householder, an accountant at the Dominion Income Tax. The 1940 name section lists Marjorie E Allan at 4473 West 13th Avenue, a nurse for W A Rutledge.
Today
4473 West 13th still has its building from before 1946, dated 1915 by the City's record; 2730 West 13th (2016) has a newer building, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 1200 West 13th, so that building is probably gone (inferred).
