Every directory from 1905 to 1945 names a different household here, six in all, the first Charles Constantine and the last H Nichol. In 1940 the name section gives this address for Hugh Nicol, a messenger at Brown's Reliable Messenger Service (page 460; joined to the 1940 listing, where the first name or initials agree, inferred).

The address
The 1905 directory, the earliest we read, already has a name here: Charles Constantine, who worked for the city. Then a new name in each directory: Thomas Leslie in 1915, A Olsen in 1925 and D Higgins in 1935. By 1940 the Higgins name has gone and H Nicol is listed. By 1945 the Nicol name has gone and H Nichol is listed.
Today
The wood-frame building Goad's 1912 map draws at 750 stood on land that is part of 710 Keefer Street today (inferred); the 1955 directory, the last we read finds it vacant, but the City no longer lists the number, so it is probably gone (inferred). Directly across the street, 751, in strata units now, still has one from before 1946, one of eleven on the block.
