The house today

Goad's 1912 map draws no building on the lot at 3259, and the building the 1940 directory knew is gone too: the City dates the one there now to 1982; three doors along, 3249 still has one from before 1946, the only one on the block. A permit to build a house was taken out in April 1914 by Miss Gordon: builder R G Long, $1,400.
