The house
In 1915 the directory lists Morris Schaffer.
In 1925 the directory lists C C Hayden.
In 1935 it stood vacant.
In 1945 the directory lists Mrs M A Hodgson. The directory marks the name with *: some member of the family owns the property, to the best of its knowledge.
After 1945 we don't show residents' names: in 1955 the directory lists one household.
Today
The City no longer lists this address. Lots here were merged or redeveloped, so the building is almost certainly gone. On the 1912 fire insurance map it stood on land that is part of 55 East 12th Avenue today (inferred). We confirmed the number through the heritage register: Goad's 1912 prints “2731” on lot 9-10 block 38.
The neighbours
The 2700 block of Quebec Street. Your lot is outlined in red; pick a year to see who the directory lists on every lot.
