The house
In 1905 the directory lists John N. Mouat.
In 1915 it stood vacant.
In 1925 the directory lists J Bennett.
In 1935 the directory lists A Kitchen.
In 1945 the directory lists H Ewert.
After 1945 we don't show residents' names: in 1955 the directory lists one household.
Today
The City no longer lists this address. Lots here were merged or redeveloped, so the building is almost certainly gone. On the 1912 fire insurance map it stood on land that is part of 2621 Quebec Street today (inferred). We confirmed the number through the heritage register: Goad's 1912 prints “2631” on lot D block 32.
The neighbours
The 2600 block of Quebec Street. Your lot is outlined in red; pick a year to see who the directory lists on every lot.
