The house today

2620 Keith Drive still has a building from before 1946, as does 2621 across the street; its permit dates from 1909 and the City's record from 1910, so it is very likely the wood-frame building Goad's 1912 map draws on the lot (inferred). A permit to build a frame house was taken out in July 1909 by R P Latta: builder Millar & Hunter, $1,400.

The 1912 map draws one wood-frame building on the lot at 2620. Georectified by the City of Vancouver (Open Government Licence – Vancouver).
