The house

In 1915 it stood vacant.

In 1925 the directory lists Mrs M Hagman.

In 1935 the directory lists Mrs E Fortin. The directory marks the name with *: some member of the family owns the property, to the best of its knowledge.

In 1945 the directory lists J Steele. This name is marked * too.

After 1945 we don't show residents' names: in 1955 the directory lists one household.

Today

The City no longer lists this address. Lots here were merged or redeveloped, so the building is almost certainly gone. On the 1912 fire insurance map it stood on land that is part of 125 East 10th Avenue today (inferred). We confirmed the number through the heritage register: Goad's 1912 prints “2536” on lot 11.
