The house today
The City's list of addresses no longer has 2210 Arbutus Street, so the building is probably gone (inferred); next door, 2200, on the heritage register, still has its building from before 1946, the only one on the block. A permit to build a frame house was taken out in February 1911 by Phillip Betterton: builder Mr MacDonald, $1,500.
