The house today

Goad's 1912 map draws no building on the lot at 2173, and the building the 1940 directory knew is gone too: the City dates the one there now to 2007; next door, 2169, in strata units now, still has its building from before 1946, one of eight on the block. A permit to build a house was taken out in May 1927 by F J Trice, owner and builder: $2,000.
