The house today

1906 Ogden Avenue still has a building from before 1946, one of four on the block; Goad's 1912 map shows no building at the street end of the lot, so this one, which the City dates to 1927, went up after it. A permit to build a house was taken out in April 1926 by Napoleon LeClerc: builder H T & Menzies, J Humphrey, $2,350.

Georectified by the City of Vancouver (Open Government Licence – Vancouver).
