The house today
1009 Odlum Drive still has a building from before 1946, as does 1007 next door; its permit dates from 1911 and the City's record from 1912, so it is very likely the wood-frame building Goad's 1912 map draws on the lot (inferred). A permit to build a 2-storey frame house was taken out in April 1911 by H & Palmer, S M Cline, owner and builder: $3,000.
