The 1940 name section lists See Wong at 246 Keefer Street as the householder, widow of C C. The 1940 name section lists Poy Lim Wong at 302 Keefer Street, proprietor of Wong Lee Shoe Repairs.

880 Keefer still has its building from before 1946, dated 1907 by the City's record; 161 Keefer (1996), 238 Keefer (1976), 246 Keefer (1987), 626 Keefer (1976) and 652 Keefer (1975) have newer buildings, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 302 Keefer, 316 Keefer, 321 Keefer, 336 Keefer, 435 Keefer, 453 Keefer, 615 Keefer and 734 Keefer, so those buildings are probably gone (inferred).

Henderson's and successor city directories for Vancouver, read by us line by line: the street sections for 1905, 1915, 1925, 1935, 1940 and 1945, and the name section for 1930 and 1940 where we've read it (Vancouver Public Library, BC City Directories).
