In 1940 the directory lists A Wells at 1594 West 8th Avenue. The 1940 name section lists Albert Wells there as the householder, with Mrs Lilian E Wells, proprietor of Old Country Bakery.

The City no longer lists 1466 West 8th and 1594 West 8th, so those buildings are probably gone (inferred).
