In 1940 the directory lists Mrs M Macfarlane at 2015 West 49th Avenue; the 1940 line is marked * too. The 1940 name section lists Margaret Macfarlane there as the householder, widow of A J, with Walter H Macfarlane, a joint manager at Market Basket.
Today
2015 West 49th still has its building from before 1946, dated 1925 by the City's record; the City no longer lists 1976 West 49th, so that building is probably gone (inferred).
