The 1940 name section lists John R Henderson at 2690 West 37th Avenue, a delivery for J S Rankin. The 1940 name section lists Alex Henderson at 3270 West 37th Avenue, retired.
Today
2690 West 37th still has its building from before 1946, dated 1928 by the City's record; 1722 West 37th (2014) has a newer building, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 3270 West 37th, so that building is probably gone (inferred).
