The 1940 name section, where each person's work is printed, lists Frank W Ellis there as the householder, a manager at the Warrenton Apartments, with Frances M Ellis, a bookkeeper at Moffatt, Moffatt & Robertson. The 1940 name section lists Mrs William Ellis at 1425 West 12th Avenue. The 1940 name section lists Agnes Ellis at 1546 West 12th Avenue, widow of W.

Today

1546 West 12th still has its building from before 1946, dated 1927 by the City's record; 1405 West 12th (1992) has a newer building, by the City's record; the City no longer lists 1425 West 12th, so that building is probably gone (inferred).
