A permit to build a brick veneer apartment house (the register's number: “847 or 843”) was taken out in April 1910 by S S Bond: builder James C Allan, architect Grant & Henderson, $23,000. (inferred) (the register's number for it is uncertain, but the lot it gives is this address's lot today)
