The house
In 1905 the directory lists Simon P. Fraser, a machinist.
In 1915 it is a building of suites or rooms, Victoria Dye Works, with 11 listings.
From 1925 to 1955 it is a building of suites or rooms, Eagle Apts, with 5 to 14 listings a year.
Today
The City no longer lists this address. Lots here were merged or redeveloped, so the building is almost certainly gone. On the 1912 fire insurance map it stood on land that is part of 710 Keefer Street today (inferred). We confirmed the number through the heritage register: Goad's 1912: lot 8 block 83, between 730 (lot 7) and 742 (lot 9); lot 8 is the only lot between them.
The neighbours
The 700 block of Keefer Street. Your lot is outlined in red; pick a year to see who the directory lists on every lot.
