From 1905 to 1915 the Cates name is in two directories in a row (printed “Cates, William” and “Cates Wm E”): William Cates, an engineer, in 1905.

In 1925 the directory lists H Mookini.

From 1935 to 1945 the directory lists J Wakaluk. The directory marks the name with *: some member of the family owns the property, to the best of its knowledge.

After 1945 we don't show residents' names: in 1955 the directory lists one household.

Today

The City no longer lists this address. Lots here were merged or redeveloped, so the building is almost certainly gone. On the 1912 fire insurance map it stood on land that is part of 601 Keefer Street today (inferred). We confirmed the number through the heritage register: Goad's 1912 prints “673” on lot 18 block 75.
