The house today

Goad's 1912 map draws no building on the lot at 6288, and the building the 1940 directory knew is gone too: the City dates the one there now to 2002; next door, 6262 still has its building from before 1946, one of three on the block. A permit to build a house was taken out in August 1929 by W H Pingle: builder E D Bentley, $7,500.

The ring marks 6288, placed from the City's address point today (inferred).
