The house today
The City's list of addresses no longer has 1145 Bidwell Street, so the building is probably gone (inferred); nothing on the 1100 block of Bidwell Street stands from before 1946: three doors along, 1155 has a building from 1968. A permit to build two frame d houses at 1145–1156 Bidwell, this one among them, was taken out in February 1909 by P A Alden: builder M C Griffith, $10,000 for the two.
